South Connections is based at Oval House Theatre in Lambeth and was set up in 1985.
We produce and present a high quality, large scale Carnival band at events, festivals and carnivals all over the UK and abroad. We also offer education projects with schools, youth groups and community organisations.

Notting Hill Carnival 2012

For Notting Hill Carnival 2012, South Connections proudly presents... '$!GN$ O£ ¥H€ ¥!M€$' (Signs Of The Times).

This year, South Connections wanted to focus on a theme that would engage with the public as a whole, while reflecting on a subject that has in some way affected us all. Initially inspired by the current economic climate, it was decided to expand upon this idea by incorporating a global aspect. Come and join us at our Band Launch Party on Saturday 16 June and choose your costume for the road!
